FootageOS is an early-stage product project developing private AI search tools for professional media archives. This notice explains what information we collect through footageos.com and how we use it.

Current storage system
Primary editing software
Interest in a private pilot
Description of your footage-retrieval challenges

Please do not submit confidential footage, passwords, sensitive personal information, or proprietary archive contents through the website form.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to:
Respond to inquiries
Evaluate potential design-partner relationships
Understand professional archive and retrieval workflows
Plan possible private pilot deployments
Improve product discovery and development
Protect the website from misuse or spam
We will not use form submissions to train public artificial-intelligence models.
Website Hosting, Forms, and Analytics
The website is built and hosted using Framer. Framer may process website and form information as a service provider involved in operating the site.
The site may also use Framer’s built-in privacy-focused analytics to understand aggregate information such as page visits, general traffic sources, country, and device category. Framer states that its built-in analytics do not rely on cookies or persistent identifiers.
We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers or sell visitor information for advertising.
How Information Is Shared
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only:
With service providers needed to host, secure, and operate the website or process submissions
With professional advisers when reasonably necessary
When required by law or necessary to protect legal rights, safety, or security
As part of a future business reorganization, acquisition, or transfer, subject to appropriate protections
Data Retention
We retain inquiry and design-partner information only for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate the relationship, respond to the inquiry, maintain relevant business records, and develop FootageOS.
You may request deletion of information you submitted by contacting hello@footageos.com.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the current website and the information collected. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
